Hello, Thank you for visiting our web site. We'd like to take moment a tell you know a little more about us and what we do.
Who We Are and What We Do: Mike & Heather Ivey Missionaries to Thailand. We are Missionaries working with Bro.
Tommy Tillman from Harbor Evangelism. We have been in Thailand for almost 6 years now. The Lord has truly blessed u
tremendously. We have a Blessed Handicap Home in Chiang Mai, currently with 4 handicap. And Twice Born Baptist
Church where we worship the Lord together. We teach the handicapped the Bible weekly and how to serve the Lord and to
witness to the Thai people. We have Sunday School together and give them an opportunity to teach each other as they grow
in the Lord. We have also worked together to do Vacation Bible School in our village and they are a Blessing to us.
We also have a Christian Leper Home in Mae Laos Chiang Rai, where we minister to them both Physically and Spiritually.
We come together for Church services and worship together at Blessed Hope Baptist Church, in Singing and Preaching.
They have weekly Sunday and Wednesday Services as well as weekly Prayer Meetings on Mondays, Wednesdays, and
Fridays. The Lepers are considered outcast because of the Leprosy. But they have a true and sincere love for the Lord and
they are a Blessing to us. There are about 20-30 Lepers at this home currently.
Our Children's home (Lighthouse Children's Home.) currently has 6 children in it. We have also opened the doors of
another church Bright Light Baptist Church in Mae Hong Song. This Church is way up in the mountains, most of the
people in this village never leave the mountain so unless we go to them they can not hear the Gospel. Pray for this Church
& Bro. Chalome who is pastoring the Church & his family.
Our Long term goals: God has truly Blessed us as we were able to teach the deaf weekly in Chiang Rai, we are Praying that
the Lord will open a door here in Chiang Mai as we now reside here. We have a heart for the deaf because if we don't tell
them about Jesus who will. In Thailand there are 6 small books of signs that we have that are in the Thai language. We
want to teach the deaf sign language and about our Lord. Currently we have 1 deaf girl that we taught in Chiang Rai
studying the Bible through Correspondence Courses, please pray for her. Please continue to help us Pray for this outreach.
